When a player only has three pieces remaning on the board, they enter what is called "flying mode". This continues until one of the players has only three pieces remaining. However, unlike before, you can only move pieces to adjacent empty spots on the board. As with before, the goal is to build Mills and remove your oppoent's pieces from the board. Once both players have all of their pieces on the board, they start moving their pieces on their turns. This continues until each player has all of their pieces on the board.
